Your satisfaction is our priority. Because every item we sell is authenticated pre-owned luxury, we want you to shop with complete confidence. This policy explains how returns and refunds work at Bella Ella Trendy Resale.

Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, and with any tags, dust bags, authentication cards, or boxes that were included.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

• Email us at info@bellaellatrendyresale.com with your order number and the item you wish to return.
• Our team will respond within one business day with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.
• Pack the item securely in its original packaging and drop it off with the designated carrier.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional few days for the credit to appear on your statement.

Damaged or Not-as-Described Items

Every item is photographed in detail and described accurately, including any signs of wear consistent with pre-owned goods. However, if an item arrives damaged in transit or materially differs from its description, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a full refund including any return shipping costs, or offer a replacement where available.

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase.
• Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage that occurred after delivery.
• Items returned without their original authentication documentation or packaging.

Authenticity Guarantee

Every piece we sell is authenticated by our specialists. If any item is ever proven to be inauthentic, we will provide a full refund of the purchase price at any time — no time limit applies to our authenticity guarantee.
